Rules
You MUST read these rules before you nominate. I WILL know if you did or not read the rules, and if you didn't... well, you won't be added as a nominee. And I won't notify you of it either, because I have a life :-)• You must only nominate your own site, nobody else's.
• Before nominating your site(s), please place a button (or a text link) on your own site linking it back to here, so that others may participate, and keep that link up until the voting ends.
• You may not be allowed to nominate your site if it is a hate-related site or if contains inappropriate (or r-rated) material. You know exactly what I'm talking about.
• Please do not nominate your site if it contains loads of pop-ups and media... it slows my computer down and it'll make me dislike your site.
• I will e-mail you if you are accepted, usually within two days. If you are not accepted, you will not receive a reply. You can e-mail me to ask why I did not accept your site, but I may not give you a pretty explanation.
• More than one site can win in one category.
• I try to allow every site to win at least one thing.
• Your site has to be finished and cannot be on hiatus or BRB at any time during the round.
• If you decide to close down your site or change your link, please let me know.
• In the form, where it says 'Archie', type 'Lilias'.
• Your site may be about anything, as long as it complies with the rules.
• You are allowed to nominate in as many categories as you like, as long as your site qualifies. If your site doesn't qualify for an award that you nominated it for, then it's simple... I just won't list it under that category..
• If you already won an award in a previous round, you are still allowed to nominate for that category in the following rounds.
• If only one site is nominated for a category, that site will automatically win the award.
