Why Haldir... and Craig?
Haldir is my favourite Tolkien character of all of them. All film material aside, he is as all Elves are... kind, friendly, joyous and very warm and welcoming. Not a hint of arrogance in his book character, and I admired his behaviour towards the lost Fellowship and the Dwarf, Gimli. Why Craig? Because Haldir in the film was a Haldir of his own. Very very different from the book Haldir, yes, but brilliant in his own way. And portrayed by the most lovable actor, Criag Parker? I don't think anyone can resist that! ;-)

Why a site about them though?
Because Haldir is my favourite Tolkien character (déjà-vu...). Having my favourite actor act out my favourite fantasy character is just miraculous and absolutely perfect. So, the only thing I CAN do is have a site for the both of them. But the thing is, there aren't many dedicated sites of Haldir out there that updates frequently. The only other one I can think of ATM is Haldir's-Whores.org. There are only a few Craig Parker sites (Craig-Parker.net... Parker-Blue.net...), but I don't intend on competing with them... I'm just putting down what I know of him, and what I myself can gather without 'borrowing' from their sites. I figured that having a site for the both of them would be perfect! :-)

Are you sure of your content?
Yes, I am. Otherwise it wouldn't be here! There may be some things here that are different from what other sites state, but I consider myself well-informed and my information to be accurate... and I will stick to that.

Can you host my portfolio site?
No... I actually cannot. Yes, I do own my own domain name, but it sadly does not have its own personal hosting; my cousin hosts me. And even if I could host you, I would only host Tolkien-related sites or fan sites of any of tLotR actors... not portfolio sites, personal sites, blogs or any graphics/resource sites... there are too many already, and I would not be interested in having any of those as a part of HOL.com. Unless I know you well. And no, that isn't being selfish.

Will you ever get your own host, then?
Well, since my cousin is now offering me unlimited webspace, I highly doubt that I'd be wanting to forfeit that just to buy my own host so that I can host others. I know that sounds harsh and selfish, but I love what I have now, and I don't plan on changing it, and I don't know why I would want to.
I actually do own my own small host, but it's currently empty, and the only way hostees will be accepted to it is if I ask them. So don't ask me... I will come to you if you need it.

Do you know Craig?
If you read the wee disclaimer bit at the bottom of the sidebar, you'll realise that I do not... nor do any other webmasters/webmistresses of other Craig sites (not personally anyway), unless they own an official Craig Parker site, which nobody does.

Does Craig have an e-mail? And if he does, do you know it?
Well, I'd say that in the 21st century, nearly every adult that doesn't live in a log cabin has their own personal e-mail. Personal. If I don't know Craig personally, why would I have his e-mail? And even if I knew it, I wouldn't be disrespectful enough to give it out to the public. And no, he does not have an e-mail for fanmail.

Are you ever going to open a forum or a message board?
There is one now. Click here to get there. Though, it is entirely new and there are very few members right now. Perhaps you may help me remedy that? :-)

Is this a fanlisting? If so, where do I join?
This is not a fanlisting, but there is one incorporated into the site. Go to the left navigation, the category underneath the 'Craig Parker' one and you can join it.
