I haven't been adding much to the site because I'm now even busier than before the summer break. Pity, but at least I'm earning money.

I just submitted some of my work for the Scene Avatars: FotR contest by Darky in A-U.
Since it's got Haldir in it, I've added it to the Haldir Avatars section for you guys to help yourselves at. Here they are:

Longest time I've gone without adding something to the site... so I made an avatar and I'm currently using it on A-U because it's so sexy:

If you have audio on, you'll realize that I've change the Globus song to "Gothic Power" by X-Ray Dog... it was used in an old LotR trailer. This one, to be exact:

"Preliator" was just too BAM and apparently some of you actually get scared out of you seats when you visit the front page... which isn't good. Enjoy the new song!

So about new fan sections, I've received a good suggestion from someone to open a fanfiction section... now, if enough people are interested I'll make it happen. So let me know what you think about it, I love feedback!

Alright visitors, so this site has been looking rather the same for about a year, so how's about I start taking suggestions?

Meaning, if you have any ideas whatsoever for what I can add to this site, things I can change or things that would make it more interesting, I'd be more than happy to listen to suggestions. E-mail me if you've got any cool ideas!

And as for new ideas of my own, this isn't exactly new, BUT... I mentioned a good while ago, anyone who is interested in having any of their fan work displayed on this site is more than welcome to submit some! I've had a very few people submit their work already, but this isn't yet near enough to make a whole fan section for any of it. If you've got any work you'd like to show off, do let me know! Things that you can submit are:

- Craig Parker /co-stars
- Haldir /co-characters
----- Paintings/drawings/sketches/carvings/sculptures/burnings/mixed media/anything really done by hand
----- Digital paintings/sketches/art
----- Banners/icons/userbars/wallpapers/calendars/signature sets/animations
----- Costume replicas
----- Photographs of your fandom (ex., your bedroom wall adorned with LotR posters, your LotR shelf, your Haldir shrine, your UC weapons)
----- And anything else creative that you can possibly come up with.

E-mail me with what you've got, I will take anything and everything and whatever you submit WILL be included, as long as it is appropriate (no bashing people or characters, etc slash art is absolutely fine, but I will stick slash art into a section of its own).
Please don't be shy to submit some of your things, I speak for all fans when I say that I LOVE seeing other fans' things!

10 May 2008 - Underworld 3: Rise of the Lycans

Hey everyone!
It's been a while, hasn't it? A few months have flown by like a few hours... crazy.
I haven't had time to update the site, but it doesn't mean I never will. In a month or two I'll have my free time to do just that.

But just a little bit on Craig Parker that I'm sure we all know about already... my friend Priscilla informed me a little while ago that he'll have a small role in an upcoming film "Underworld 3: Rise of the Lycans". A role as significant as Haldir in LotR I reckon, but a role nonetheless! Here's waiting for yet another film to be released with our special man in it.

26 Dec 2007 - Blessed Yule to all!

Hey everyone, lack of updates even NOW I know. It's really hectic this time of the year when we all have to attend parties, shop for gifts, shop when there's Boxing Day sales like the cheap asses we are, hang out, all that social stuff. Well I know I'm a day (almost two) late on this, but Blessed Yule (or Merry Christmas) to ALL those who are in any way associated with my site, whether you are a good friend of mine, an affiliate or just a humble visitor! I appreciate all of you equally and I wish you all an amazing holiday!

19 Dec 2007 - An update, WOW

That's right folks I am ALIVE as anything.
This update thing was screwed up for a little while, so I had to have that fixed. It didn't last too long though.
I have been SO busy these past few months, it's ridiculous. Hopefully I'll be more free after February, as my school subjects' difficulty will loosen up.
I've still been floating around every day though, I just had no time to update.
Well anyway, there have been quite a few new additions, let's go ahead and look at them ;)


I'm sure we've all heard already, but Craig and Shorty Street was featured on NZ's Dec 1-7 TV Guide mag, and ladies and gents... I ordered it just for you ;)
I scanned all the pages in the mag with Craig that I'd like to share. I'll copy the article and post it in its own section here later on.

...for Lembas!

I thought it'd be nice to share a recipe with everyone, since I constantly make successful lembas. *nod*

I have an interesting lembas story to share... actually's it's more just general baking accidents. It really had nothing to do with the actual lembas. Well anyway last night I was baking lembas with my sister, Faodhagáin. She went downstairs to grab a couple of more recipes that we could fiddle with and left me to watch the lembas bake. After a while, I thought I'd take it out to do the criss-crossing, and I had only my oven mitt on my right hand. So all right, I took the tray out using my right hand, and I found it a bit heavy. I forgot that the tray was actually HOT, and I instinctively stuck out my left hand and took a firm hold of the side of the tray. And right then, I realised, "Oh my gosh, I'm mental!" and I whipped my excruciatingly painful and burnt left palm from the tray. Of course it was already pretty nastily burnt, and now I have a raw patch of burn on my left palm... it hurt SO badly when I first removed it from the cold water though... ugh.

Sorry for the lack of updating, my dear visitors... I promise I'll have something interesting up soon. There's just so much happening offline right now for me... but I'm still around guys, I come on my own site a few times a day to check for messages on the tagboard and my fanlistings. So no, Haldir is not dead. Neither of us are ;-D

And I apologize for my last update about my affiliates... I was speaking of those who requested affiliation with me and never spoke to me at all after that, or who even glanced at my site after requesting affiliation. But to my occasional/frequent visiting affiliates, thank you so much for your time in popping in and out so friendlily. ♥

I also posted Latin lyrics to the default song on my last update... many have requested an English translation of it. I'll obtain one, and as soon as I do, I will post it up ;-) I don't personally know Latin, but I have friends who do and who would probably do the translation for me later on. :-)

I've also just won two new awards from Unfortunate Awards. Have a look! :-)
